my customer has decided to outsource the development of a large softwareproject.
I have been asked to represent the users during the development and implementation cycle.
I have asked for a copy of the contract before it has been signed.
Allthough I have a pretty good idea what to look for in the contract I would apreciate
the input and help of you out there to be able to make a contract that is not only good for the softwaresupplier but also for the customer.
