Contract work without using a head hunte

by hugheskc . Updated 25 years, 4 months ago

I used to know a man who call employers from adds in the papper and offers to work under contract for the employer. He charges $110.00 an hour for his time. If he went through a head hunter he would only get $70.00 an hour for his time. How can I do this as well. I need a contract between my self (I am incorporated) and the employer.
