I own a (presently) one man and growing consulting company. I’m now in the process of engagin larger projects, but still needed by past clients for regular support and maintenance issues.
I am in need of a part time support technichian to handle these issues.
The difficulty is that I’m still not ready to hire someone full time, but definately need someone who is available on an as needed hourly basis.
Is this expecxting too much from a person? Are there pros and cons to this type of arrangment?
What have other consultants done in this situation? (Being between small ehough not to need someone and large enough to provide full time work)
