My control key keeps opening a new ‘Windows Internet Explorer’ window everytime I try to make a selection. Example: I need to pick 3 cities out of eight, so I can’t use shift key, because they’re not in a row. Microsoft customer service sends me to Tech support and Tech support tells me to contact customer service. I’m just hoping someone can help me, please. It acts as if using the control and N keys. Yes, same thing happens with another keyboard. Sharon
