I have XP Pro SP2.I had trojans and and spyware when i was trying to dawnload a program. my antivirus ( syamantec antivirus )had detected the trojan and give am message to reboot my pc . when my pc log on i can not acces control planet ( everything) and when i amke rigt clik on my computer then proprietes there is a mess :
