I have a Windows NT/2000 Server (no Active Directory yet) and Windows XP/NT network environment, which is not so big to invest in management solutions…
What I would like to implement at this stage –
Automatic and remote updates of Microsoft stuff – say, downloading automatically on a server from Microsoft and distributing ones automatically (scheduled) with minimum or no action from users side (they do not have Administrative rights, as well)…

To not forget hardware – Compaq servers and PCs – I plan to do same for drivers, .e.g. by using Cmpaq Insght Manager/BackWeb and Management Agents…
If anyone could provide a real assistance to cover update process with corresponding SNMP security, I am ready to discuss his/her onsite visit or paid web assistance…
