I am currently trying to configure a cluster using IBM EXP 300 Storage with 2 IBM Servers running Win2k Advanced Server.
I installed Win2k Advanced successfuly on both and mirroed the hard disk.
I also connected the Servers using a SCSI Controller to the Storage device and uing IBM ServerRaid tried to raid the Hard Disk using Raid Level 1.
The storage device has 4 hard disk, 2 in each bay and so one SCSI controller from Server1 goes to one bay with 2 hard disk and the other from Server2 to the second bay with 2 harddisk. These hard disk will also be mirrored.
When I ran the ServerRaid on Server1, this worked fine but when i did the same on server2, it rendered the hard disk defunct.
What am I doing wrong and how can I getthe hard disk back as now all the 4 hard disks are showing up as defunct. I have removed the RAID from all the hard disks.
