I am running Office 2000/Outlook 2000 under ME with Norton INET Sec 2001.
After sending “.doc” or “.xls” attachments, the recipient is faced with a “Winmail.dat” file that is garbage.
I have re-installed Norton, de-selected all email features, re-installed Outlook with no change.
