Search and replace commas with pipes.

if one of your fields has a comma in it example: "lastname, firstname" and you do a search and replace on commas you have split one field into two fields. I am looking for the same answer, currently, I have a macro, that does nothing more than open the file put a concatenation string at the end (column A, pipe, column B, pipe ..etc). Copy and paste the formula to values, then delete the preceding columns of data. it than saves the file as txt. problem is I still have to open the text file to search and replace the quotes marks that are at the beginning and end of each row. I'll update this is I figure out something better. by the way, I haven't been able to get the "set regional setting to pipe" functionality to work. I'm sure you will run across that article.
