I have Windows based RAID 5 implemented on both NT 4.0 and 2000 server. We are looking to convert to hardware based RAID 5 cards. Do we have to rebuild the systems to switch over or is there a way to move from the software based to the hardware based RAID? Any suggestions, pitfalls, or recommendations? TIA
