Converting a form from Access97 to Access XP

I ahve a database built in Access 97 which i have converted over Access in Office XP however one of the forms refuses to open and gives debug messages.

This Is a custom built form which shows a list box which is populated from a Query.

I believe it is lvwreport but will not amend to Office XP any suggestions
