Converting Adobe .PDF to MS Word .DOC

Hello, I’m a Network Administrator for the Marine Corps and I’ve been tasked with converting a pdf file into a .doc However, my efforts have been everything but successful. If anyone can offer assistance I would be much appreciated. Thanks
