Hi all,
Here is my situation. I got a server that is running Terminal Services and holds all my users data. When this server was set up (by the former administrator) it was left as a basic disk with a C:\ partition and a D:\ partition at 4 gigsand 12 gigs respectively. Well now the C:\ is almost completely full while the D:\ is practically empty.
My question is, if I convert this to a dynamic disk, will I be limited in volume size by the previous partition sizes or can I gain the whole disk if I keep it a simple volume?
Also, I have some 95 & 98 clients that connect to this server. Will they still be able to use this server? They connect to it via a terminal service client to get to their applications and e-mail. The DC they authenticate against is not going to have dynamic disk so will this allow them to authenticate ok and then use the terminal services?
Thanks.
