Cookies are blocked on an intranet site.

I have an intranet site that cannot be accessed by a Win2K IE5.5 because cookies are blocked. When the login page is displayed it is listed as an intranet zone. Cookies are enabled and the site is in the trusted sites list. What is causing this?

Goto Internet Options.

Add the site to the list.

I have done that a number of times. It has no effect. Even checking allow all cookies from this site doesn't work.

Shot in the dark:
It could be a previous cookie either corrupted or expired.
Go into your cookie folder, find the little bugger and delete it.
Then, go back to the site to allow it to send a fresh one.
Keep your fingers crossed.
