Cookies Setup

By IQorEQ ·
I run into trouble anytime I visit any SITE collecting cookies. Even all cookies were setup ENABLE for both Netscape 4.7 and IE5.5, I still can't get access to check emails at Yahoo.com, my.snap.com and other URL such as ecircles.com ...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Vu

No magic insights here but you might check whether the cookies are successfully being stored in \Windows\Cookies. If they aren't, and you're correct about the browser settings being OK, check for a personal firewall or other protective program running locally. If the cookies are there, I'd ask about a firewall elsewhere on the network, corporate networks often have one.

Thanks for your quick response. I found out it caused by Norton Internet Security. When I disable it, browser works well. However, I still do not know sure how to make it work while using Norton Internet Security.

I will look for information at Symantec site for further assistance.
