I need to copy the automatically generated Table of Contents into a separate document, with out copying the links to the referenced paragraphs or imbedded section breaks but hopefully preserve the formatting.
I have tried everything I can thing of short of printing the TOC out and then scanning with OCR to get a clean text document.
