One of my users’ sent in his laptop for repair and I came across that the Copy and Paste functions are not working. Whether you right-click with the mouse and choose copy – then right click again – Paste is grayed out. Same thing from Edit on the Menu Bar and drag and drop does not work either. I did not find anything in the Microsoft Knowledge Base and the other Tech I spoke with at Dell had no solution either. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
