Is there a way to automaticly transfer Calendar data from multiple users’ mailboxes with Outlook 2000 to a Public Folder residing on Exchange 5.5? The goal of this is to create a Public Folder “Calendar” that is accesible to multiple users that details other users’ schedules. The Public Folder is configured to contain Appointment Items.
