How do I copy an encrypted HD to new HD ?

Can ghost do the job?

Our answer depends on what product you use to encrypt the drive.

clone the drive, then Ghost may work, however the Linux dd command should work as well.

If it is BitLocker encrypted, you will not have access to the disk until unlocked.

However, even if cloned, the data will still be encrypted.

If you just want the data, slave the drive to another system and use the encryption key to gain access to the data. If the key is not available, then it looks like the data is lost.
