How do you copy Outlook folders(calander, contacts etc.) to new user. We have Exchange server and Outlook 2000. We have created a .pst file of the old user and copied it to the new user, but now have multiple folders. When we try to copy the old info into new user – it creates contacts1 under the contacts, also creates calander1 under calander. How can we migrate this information without having sub-folders?
