Application: Office 2000 Pro – SR1

It happens with all applications that we try to cut and paste from.
For instance if you copy a portion of this question and then open Excel and paste you will only get a bitmap image. If Excel was open before the copy then it will paste ok. This happens with Word 2000.
I checked TechNet and did not find anything.
