copy the ntoskrnl.exe from a win CD

Hi ALL,

When install win sp4 to my win 2k pro, I got a message saying that the file C:/WINNT/system32/ osntkrnl.exe is corrupt, it needs to be copied from the CD.

I use the setup disks to get to Win Console, what is the command to copy it? I try copy and xcopy command but no luck.
