Copy to a floppy

By saniblue2002 ·
My company has Windows NT4.0 and Windows 2000. Is it possible to monitor what files are being copied to a diskette.

Thank you.

Can auditing be used on a non-NTFS (as a floppy is) device?

I don't think so. But I suppose that you could audit the hard disk. It's a start, anyhow.

If your that concerned with users copying files to a floppy I would suggest just disabling access to the floppy drive. If you audit the hard drives your going to be wading through stacks and stacks of logs.
