I need a simple/quick way to copy files from old home directories to their new ones? \\server1
userdirs\old\%username% to \\server1\userdirs\%username%. Approximately 300 users.

You can use robocopy to mirror a directory structure with permissions, as long as the filesystem(s) are on the same server or in an Active Directory. Robocopy can be found on the Windows2000 ResourceKit. If you don't have the Win2k ResKit, you can search www.google.com for 'robocopy download' there are quite few places that have it for download.
