1-My Computer -drivec:\ -program files -then copy the netscape e-mail directory (you e-mails are under Users-(the name of your profiles)
2-Install a fresh copy of netscape and create a profile (a new one with a diffrent name).
3-Restore the data backed up in step one in the directory where NetScape is installed as follows :
NetScape\Users4-Now you’ll have to recreate your old profile (choose create profile from utilities),Make sure you point the location to where you copied your old backed up profile (directory under Users).
5-Un fortunately NetScape does not allow you to merge the 2 profiles but at least you’ll have your old e-mails and then you can use this profile to continue recieving e-mials on it.
      Have nice day

      Check out this at this…

Pretty much explains where to find your mail with communicator. If you have a zip disk you should just be able to copy that over to the zip disk. My suggestion, is to just copy the entire profile folder because you’ll save other things, like your bookmarks also.

      Good luck to you
