We have a user who put together a personal distribution list in Outlook 97 and wants to give that list to another user. I can find no procedure for sharing this list. Some things we have tried include copying the text and e-mailing it (does not carry over db info). Also tried copying the entire PAB file to other users, but it won’t let me connect in outlook because the service is already running; and if I connect to the copied PAB file user would have to redirect this every time she wanted touse that list. Import/Export function does not allow me to export from the personal address book–at least I haven’t found a way. SOmeone suggested copying the list to the Public Folders, but I can’t see a way to do that either. I think I might beable to copy it from the header info, but doing so would send a blank message to everyone on the list, and the formatting may not be possible after the message is received.
Any suggestions?
