Copying user data to a new profile

I have 35 NT 4.0 Workstations on a existing NT 4.0 Server Network. We have installed a new W2K Server on the network. When we can this will become the new DC and all the workstations will authenticate on it. My problem is this, I have 35 engineers who are very happy with there current desktops and don’t like changes. How can I have the the users log into the new W2K domain and still have the same desktop, shortcuts, programs, documents, wallpaper, ETC.?
