This is simple and straight forward. We are running Windows 2000 AS with exchange 2000. We have a very important user using a Windows 2000 laptop and Outlook 2000 as the e-mail client. Here is the problem. His contacts folder keeps giving him theerror (“operation failed”) But here is the twist. It happens on any machine that has his mailbox set up to use. So say he logs into citix it will still give him the error in citix. And also on other laptops. So I’m assuming that there is a problem with his mailbox. How do I fix this??
