My IE6 is corrupt and won’t even access the net anymore. FireFox has no problems doing this at all, and I would convert to it totally except for the sad fact that some online idiots won’t accept anything else but IE. I’m running WinXP Pro.
I have read that you can’t uninstall IE6 since it is buried within the bowels of XP.
If I try to do a re-install from the executable download I get this message that says I already have the most up to date version and it won’t go any further. There is no option to do a repair.
How does one get out of this SOL predicament???
