Corrupt Outlook files (pst files)

After re-installing MS 2000 Pro, after a blue screen crash, I can open Outlook but my data doesn’t appear.

Search has located the four pst files, including one Personal Folder file. When I try to open these, I get this message: The address in “C:\Program Files\McAfee\McAfee VirusScan\scanemal.dll could not be installed or loaded.

I had uninstalled VirusScan because I had difficulty with it and was awaiting the 8.0 upgrade to arrive.

How can I recover my Outlook data?
