can you help me because my wdc external hard drive with 80gb capacity doesn’t work. when i connect it to my laptop the drive appears in my computer, but when i try to open it, the message appears that my external hard drive is not accessible, “the directory or file is corrupted and unreadable”. pls help me how to solve my problem because i dont have a backup files. thank you.
