Corrupted email stuck in outbox

We have a user who has a corrupted email stuck in their outbox (Outlook 2000). This email message originally was in the users inbox, but he managed to move it to his outbox where it now cannot be moved or deleted (Unexcpected Error). We use Exchange2000 and Outlook 2000/XP. Anyone have any idea on how to remove this corrupted email? Thanks.
