I properly ejected my Western Digital Passport (120GB SILVER USB 2.0) from my mac so that I could plug it into my friend’s computer (also a Mac). However, upon insertion of the usb, the message “Disk Insertion: The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer.” I tried it on my friend’s pc, but although it recognized that the harddrive was inserted, I wasn’t able to access it.
If my drive is somehow corrupted, is there any way to recover the files and fix my harddrive? I have many important file that I would not like to lose.
