Corrupted fat…..

One of my office machines (the bosses which has every thing on it, so he seems to think) was working one day then the next day when I turned it on it was wiped. Nothing was left on the system it was as if it was formatted. Howeve it had not been.
I have this software from power quest called Lost and Found. I picked up all the files and directories that where lost (it said the fat was corrupted).

However the thing is the only destination media I can select is the floppy drive so this software is out of the question.

Does any on know how to fix a corrupt fat table so I can see all the data on the drive again thanks.
