I am looking for information related to cost analysis of projects.
I am trying to get some numbers for what it costs to have the average technician perform a task for an hour for example.
I am working on a Business Benefits document and cost justification for ZenWorks. But, am having difficulty finding hard numbers of current costs of performing network administration and end user support.
Any help, white papers etc appreciated.
