Have a look around and see what opportunities exist. You probably need to have 2 streams of approach: get some experience and get some training.

You can take some training online to fill in whatever gaps you think you may have. These gaps exist between what skills you already have, and what skills you need to get work in your area.

You can get experience in a couple of different ways. Work cheap. Work on your own (build small networks at home, at friends' homes and small businesses, etc.). Do volunteer work at hospitals or for charitable organisations.

That'll get you started.
