I had problem opening my outlook. I also couldn’t scan the pst file using the SCANPST.exe program in outlook.
Then I created a new data file and set it as default and I could open my outlook but I still had problem with my pst file folder that could be corrupted.
I purchased the Stellar Phoenix PST Repair software to repair my pst file, I managed to had it scanned and repaired. However, I have problem importing the repaired PST file folder into my outlook as instructed.
The below message appeared when I tried to import the repaired PST file folder: “The operation failed. The messaging interfaces have returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook” Please help. Thank you.
