I have to reboot my computer up to 10 times before it runs o.k. In the task manager is stays max at 100% when it does not work right. What can I do to find out which services or program is causing the issue?I have norton,regcure and everything looks good when scans are run.FYI This is a new hard drive on an HP Laptop same issue before drive was replaced.
