in my computer celeron 2.13 g the cpu is seen working 100% always. main porcess is cmd.exe . this takes up about 80% of cpu time. system idle process is never activated.
i am working in windows xp professional. avast on acces scanner ( 7 providers )is always running along with avast virus recovery data base. could this be the problem. how to uninstall avast.
any other remedy ?
