Do I need help My daughter try to put aol internet on her Packer Bell computer Windows 98 and it crash I try to get into safe mode to del the file it stuc the load os will come up then f 1 to enter set up I try to run win 98 again also the startup 98 disk it go so far and quit message can’t load windows 98 how can I run the f disk or format when I can’t get into the window or dos or what to do Thanks BJ
