My Dell PC crashed and it makes just a beep, beep sound. I tried to download a boot disc from my laptop, but it doens’t run on my Dell PC. There is power to my PC, but it does not show any power to my mous, keyboard or monitor. Please help!!!! Dell Support told me that I need to buy new hard drive for a special price today $169.99, which I don’t have. warranty expired 19 days ago.
