Create a Boot CD to install W2000 Prof

I created a image of one partition W2000 professional and some apps. The name of image file is Image.gho. Now I want to create a boot CD with that image but I don’t know how to do it. I would like that the Boot CD have a menu to install Windows 2000professional and the apps. How can I do that??
