Create VPN with home cable to workplace

I have an XP Prof. Tablet PC. When i first got it 2 days ago. I went into Network connections and the wizard allowed me to create varius connections including VPN with BroadBand. Now I do not see that wizard anymore. How can I create a VPN connection using my wizard for cable connection ?
What I have now is a LAN connection with NIC
Dial-Up VPN connection with modem
Dial-Up VPN connection with my Wireless Sprint PCS card.

I need one more and that is a VPN connection from home which uses cable connecton. Help ?
