creating a boot disk in xp

By neilali ·
I am trying to boot a windows XP machine that doesn't boot and says, "Windows cannot start because the following file is missing or corrupt:"
<windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe.
Can you help me. The machine does not have a floppy disk drive.
