Hey Everyone,
I am very lost. I need to connect my thermal receipt printer (that has cash drawer attached) to my Windows Vista desktop so that my Retail Manager v11 will speak to it and priont receipts when I do a sale.
So far…i’ve connected the printer with my computer but MYOB still says that it doesn’t have any ‘COM PORTS available’ in the hardware drop down list. I’ve tried to connect it through ‘cmd’ but to no avail! PLEASE help if you have any idea on how to create a stupid COM 2 port…
