Creating A FTP Site In Windows NT Server

Hi,
I have Window NT 4.0 Server with a IIS 4.0 Installed.I created a forward zone with in DNS with a name abconline.com and a alias name is WWW.Now when my clients write www.abconline.com my web site open.But when my clients write abconline.com thesite not open.I want when my clients write www.abconline.com or abconline.com the web site will open.How i do it. Second I want to created a ftp site in IIS 4.0 server in windows NT server 4.0.Now i want to assign a host header.I want when my clients write ftp.abconline.com the ftp web site will open.
How i do it.
