Creating a Ghost Image on CD/DVD

We have Ghost Solution Suite 2.0 installed on a server. We want to create an image of our two student laptops one with XP and one with Vista that will not require a network connection. These are student laptops that have viruses and we want to just stick a CD or DVD in, boot to it and re-image the machine. I have used Ghost Server before but have not created an image of this type. Can anyone help?
