Hi all,
I am looking to start a mobile content website in one of the African countries. This is a new area for me and I have no clue how to proceed in the best way. My intention is not per se to make money but to encourage the populace to use the mobile phone to access information and entertainment.
My questions would be:
-where can I get already developed content?
-what are the procedures of getting “paid” through the client’s service provider?(I intend to charge bare minimum to operate)
-what challenges are common and how can I overcome them?
If there is anyone who can offer me advice on this, I’d be very grateful.
