Creating addressable fields in excel using hyperlinks

I would like to know if I can some how use hyperlinks in an excel spreadsheet to represent the cells (addressable cells).

For instance, create a hyperlink to take me directly to cell A1 in the spreadsheet when I click on the URL. I would like to have the excel spreadsheet available for modifying the field data but I also want to allow others to be able to click on a predetermine hyperlink which will take them to this field/cell where the information is being stored.
