Creating ADM template for folder redirection of My Music, My Pic, My Videos

I am currentluy looking for a way to redirect our Users My documents to the network share drive. However, I want to exclude My Music, My Pic, and My Videos. Can this be done by creating an customer ADM template? And How? Please help.
